The NFT Museum Niftie collection of digital artworks (NFTs) includes artwork NFTs running on various blockchains. This website is only an interface allowing participants to view digital collectibles. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private digital wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website or any website where Niftie NFTs are available before approval. Furthermore, as Niftie NFT smart contracts runs on various blockchains, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions. This website and its connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. By using this website you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving Niftie NFT digital collectibles.

OWNERSHIP

When you purchase a Niftie NFT, you receive the following license:

Public display/Non-Commercial exploitation

• Public display/Non-Commercial exploitation
• public, non-commercial use of the Work
• right to publicly display the Work in both digital and physical format, in public or private cultural institutions (e.g. galleries, museums) and virtual exhibitions
• no right to obtain financial gain from displaying the Work

Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the NFTs respective blockchain: at no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any Niftie NFT.

BENEFITS

Some Niftie NFTs are granted benefits that may be single use such as, but not limited to, admission to the museum, metaverse events, NFT airdrops, etc. It is the responsibility of the NFT purchaser to verify the eligibility of any and all benefits. If a Niftie NFT is purchased on the secondary market, it is the responsibily of the new Owner to do their own due diligence to ensure that any redeemable single use benefits of the NFT have not been claimed by a previous owner.

Modification to Terms and Conditions

Within the limits of applicable law, NFT Museum LLC reserves the right to review and change this Agreement at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use and browsing of the Website after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
